Embalming

I was thinking today about the stories of people accidently being buried alive only to wake up later and die six feet under. I was also thinking that our method for determining if someone is dead or not hasn't changed much. "Is it breathing? Does it have a pulse?" If not, we assume it's dead, but that's clearly not always the case as historical evidence shows us. It makes me wonder how many people are killed each year from the embalming process. It also makes me think that we embalm people just to make sure they're good and dead. No mistakes. Anyway... Feel free to correct me if this doesn't make any sense... I don't know. GMR

We've already been struck with GMR (Get More Rats) Syndrome. Shiva and Thor joined our family yesterday. They're two huge male rats, of the typical petstore hooded coloring. They were up for adoption at Petco and no one wanted them, except to feed to snakes. Pictures someday.

Yo! What have you two been up to lately? I've been staying up for extended periods of time and then going to sleep for a few hours and being outside for insane amounts of time. I haven't worked up a tan though :D
